Note:
- Joining FULLRECO4US conference is a “free of charge”, no registration fee will be collected from participants with oral/poster presentations or attendees.
- Lunch will be provided at the venue on 06 May 2025. For the rest days of the conference, the participants will be free to have their lunch on their own.
- Access to poster area, conference materials, coffee break, e-book of abstract and all conference activities will be free.
- The Gala Dinner fee needs to be paid online together with the lunch fee.
Notes for reimbursement:
For those that will be chosen for reimbursement:
- An official invitation to accept reimbursement will be sent via e-cost system.
- Long distance travel will be reimbursed at cost up to 600 EUR. Some restrictions apply, and documents (most often a full flight itinerary) will need to be provided with details.
- Daily allowance during the conference and reduced daily allowance for travel to and from. The daily allowance for Switzerland is 215 EUR/day.
